FLAUC Council Meeting 2018 was held successfully at FDDI
On May 28, 2018, council meeting of FLAUC was conducted successfully in Fudan University Think Bank Building. This is the first formal board meeting since the establishment of FLAUC in 2017.Participants included representatives of the union universities from Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, Peru, and the observers from Costa Rica. Consulate of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Mexico, Peru, Colombia, Cuba, New Zealand and other countries in Shanghai also sent their representatives to attended the meeting.
Chen Zhimin, vice president of Fudan University, vice president of the Fudan Development Institue addressed on behalf of Fudan University. Executive vice dean of Fudan Development Institute Zhang Yi, vice president of the Fudan Development Institue Peng Xizhe presided over the council meeting. FLAUC was established on May,2017.It is an important platform launched by Fudan University for communicating and cooperating with Latin America universities. Fudan and 12 top high schools in Latin amercia are the original founders. FLAUC aims to promote the bilateral understanding and intimate communication between China and Latin America through joint research and educational activities.
