Later, he proposed that it is possible a better China-Latin America relationship based on the principle of non-intervention and win-win cooperation, could be a formula that helps to Latin America nations to improve its economies and support the development. Finally, since relations between China and the region still face some difficulties and challenges, such as the enormous geographical distance, the difference between our cultures and social systems, the lack of breadth, magnitude and diversified forms of practical cooperation between China and the region.
